PSA For Portfolio Class/ Last School Hurrah

Here is the commercial we created for our portfolio show for MCTC Spring 2007-I wrote this and shot it and then Matt created a nice little action in photoshop to give it the sketch look.

Harrington Arts Center Commercial

This is a commercial I did for the Harrington Arts Center in Superior, WI. It aired on wdio in duluth superior. For this I came up with the concept and drew up all storyboards and did all the editing. I believe this went through one more set of adjustments before I sent it out.
Update:I had this converted to beta sp at great tapes in minneapolis and it looked great. Great tapes is great tape place ;-)

Schisms: Episode One

Episode One of Schisms is a test run of the TV show I'd love to make. The show would feature biographies of obscure artists who had a profound influence on the art world during the 20th Century. I lit, shot and edited the video, wrote and recorded the theme song, and created the opening graphic in Cinema 4D. I used photographs, a drunk Sheakespearean actor, and a fellow student (as host) to tell the story of Alfred Jarry. The "puppet theater" that the host, Jar, speaks from was also created in Cinema 4D.

Minnehaha Falls Panorama

I was going through my old homework and came across this neat little pano I made with a program called VR Works. Just click on it and then move your mouse around on the window, and you can turn around 360 degrees. It may take a minute to load all the images though.
I took about 20 pictures and stitched them together. Neato!

Cinema 4D Magic Lantern

Here is some more schoolwork:I made this in Cinema 4D.
This is an antique magic lantern,
based on the type used by the Freemasons.
Apparently all the lodges had these to show
the new apprentices weird tarot like images.
Its an early slide projector!
You can click on it to make it bigger.
